Additional Details in Murder/Suicide from August 16, 2019
On Saturday, August 17, 2019, the Riverside County Coroner’s Office released the identities of the subjects involved in the murder/suicide from August 16, 2019, in the 34000 block of Crenshaw Street.
Tracy Shelby, age 46, of Beaumont
Deborah Shelby, age 68, of Beaumont
Bradley Wallace, age 45 of Beaumont
Preliminary details from the investigation and statements from family members indicate that Tracy and Bradley were involved in a long-term relationship and cohabitated in the home where the incident occurred. Deborah Shelby is the mother of Tracy Shelby. Deborah did not live with the couple but may have been at the home to assist her daughter. Based on review of the evidence, Detectives are speculating Bradley Wallace was responsible for the deaths of Deborah and Tracy.
Officials are not looking for any additional suspects or co-conspirators at this time, however the Beaumont Police Department would ask that anyone familiar with these individuals and might have additional information in this case, contact Detective Lynn, of the Beaumont Police Department at 951-769-8500.

Beaumont, CA – On Friday, August 16, 2019, at approximately 5:30 pm, the Beaumont Police Department received multiple 911 calls reporting gunshots and a person lying in the driveway of a residence in the 34000 block of Crenshaw Street.
Officers arrived and located an adult female lying in a driveway of a residence suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. Officers from the Beaumont Police Department, with the assistance of Riverside County Sheriff’s Department SWAT Team, entered the residence to determine if there were additional victims in need of medical assistance. Officers located two additional gunshot victims inside the residence, one male and one female. It has been determined the three persons were deceased prior to the arrival of officers.
While the investigation is still in the early stages, the preliminary indication is this incident was a murder/suicide. Authorities are still working to identify these individuals, so it is not yet understood the relationship between them, nor has a notification of next of kin been completed.
