Neighbors App

The Beaumont Police Department is excited to announce it has joined the Neighbors App by Ring. Beaumont Police Department personnel recently completed training and our department is now live. Department staff are able to receive information and interact with residents through the app. Citizens who download the Neighbors App will be able to share videos with Beaumont Police Department. The Beaumont Police Department can also submit requests for videos to assist with investigations, giving citizens the option to respond and participate. The Neighbors App connects communities with the goal of creating safer and stronger neighborhoods and one of the benefits is you do not need to own a Ring device to use the app.

Customers with a Ring Device already have access to the Neighbors App feature. Citizens who do not own a Ring Device or any security system can still download the FREE Neighbors App to any Smartphone.

While the Neighbors App by Ring is a great tool for interaction and sharing information, it is not monitored 24/7. The Neighbors App is not designed to replace traditional crime reporting. If you are a victim of a crime, or you want to report suspicious activity, please call the Beaumont Police Department. For emergencies call 911. For all other reports dial our non-emergency line at 951-769-8500.
