Join us for an interactive workshop to share YOUR ideas, priorities, and aspirations for Beaumont's economic future! 

As part of the development of a new Economic Development Strategic Plan, the City of Beaumont invites residents, business owners, and community partners to participate in a Community Visioning Workshop!

Your feedback will help guide strategies to support local businesses, attract new investment, create jobs, and enhance quality of life.  ALL voices are encouraged—your perspective matters in shaping the future of Beaumont. 

Community Visioning Sessions:

• Session 1 (In-Person): Wednesday, February 4 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• Session 2 (In-Person): Thursday, February 5 – 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Session 3 (VIRTUAL): Wednesday, February 11 – 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

The City of Beaumont Transit has launched Beaumont on the Move, a community-driven effort to help guide transit improvements over the next 10 years. Residents are invited to get involved by sharing ideas through the interactive map, playing Bus Bucks, and signing up for project updates. Visit BeaumontOnTheMove.com to learn more and participate.

The latest edition of Beaumont’s City Magazine and Recreation Guide has arrived—packed with project updates, programs, and community news. 

Inside, you’ll find details on upcoming events and activities for all ages. Stay connected with what’s happening in your city between January to March!

From December to March, the Community Recreation Center (CRC) will be open as a Warm Center for residents to escape the chill.

Members of the public can visit the CRC, located at 1310 Oak Valley Parkway. For additional Warm Center locations and hours, please visit www.capriverside.org.

Residents can pick up free sandbags at the following self-service locations: 

📍 Beaumont City Hall (550 E. 6th Street, SW corner off of Magnolia and 7th Street) 

📍 Fire Station 20 (1550 E. 6th Street) 

Please bring your own shovel — sand and bags are available for self-fill while supplies last. Take time to prepare your property and drive safely during wet weather.

Beaumont Transit Offers Free Rides for Youth!

Beginning July 1, 2025, riders 18 and under can enjoy free rides on all Beaumont Transit routes through June 30, 2026. Simply show a valid school or state-issued ID—no fare required, just ride!

This fare-free program is funded through the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP).
