The following documentation is required to apply for the Riverside County COVID-19 Business Assistance Grant

• If the business is located in a city, must provide a current (or most recent) City Business License. If the business is located in an unincorporated area, it is not required.

• Verification or self-certification of existing payroll/employment

• Most recent year-end 2019 financial statements (Profit and Loss statement) or tax returns (first page of your 2018 or 2019 business tax returns)

• Safe Reopening Plan – Complete a safe reopening plan demonstrating recovery plans have been established
