Inspections

INSPECTION REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN THE SCHEDULED IS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CURRENT DATE.  

Scheduling the Inspection:

There are two ways to schedule your inspection.  Inspection requests can be made thru our Customer Service Portal or by email to BuildingInspector@beaumontca.gov  Inspection requests must be received by 3:00pm for next business day inspection.  Inspection results for inspections made thru the portal will be documented in the permit and available thru the portal as well.  No email will be sent.  If the inspection is requested thru email, and email with the results will be sent to the requestor. 


Email Request Instructions:

 Please send a separate email for each inspection. Requests must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. for next business day inspections. Inspections do not take place on holidays or weekends.   

  • Subject line should include the following information:
    • Type of inspection
    • Permit number
    • Address
    • Date of the inspectionexample
  • In the body of email, include the site technician’s name, email and phone number so the inspector may make arrangements for the virtual inspection.
  • The inspector will reply to your email for the approval/comments of the inspection.
